Chieftain, Says the Rain- WIP

Fear me and my overly done watermarks!! Rawr!!!!!

But hey, can you blame me? I'm actually really proud of this thing and normally I hate my work while only inked, I just really don't want to mess it up while coloring.

I think just sketching and inking alone has taken me about 12hrs. And surprisingly, I DIDN'T USE ANY REFERENCES. Not one! Not even for the Chief's face and I almost always have to look at some real wolf pictures to get it to look right and this looks pretty damn okay to me.

I'll explain more that is in the picture for Lycan Ideology later on, but in case you are wondering, the big carved post he is leaning against a bit is called a 'Holding Pole', the engraved rings used to mark the number of years a clan has held their territory.
